2021 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback: Front end repair. I found this place on my way to and from work. After hitting a deer a several months ago, I was thinking my car would be totalled 100%. However, when I approached this place, they made the process reassuring and put my mind at ease. It took a little longer than I thought it would but I basically got a brand new car after it was all said and done! Thank you to the team at George's Collision Center for doing an amazing job!

Zero communication!! They have had my husband's car since April 11th. The insurance sent them a check on April 14th and they sure cashed it but have yet to do any work on the vehicle. We called last Tuesday (3 weeks of them having the vehicle without hearing a word) and were told the parts were in and they would start working on it. The car is still in the same parking spot, ZERO WORK HAS BEEN DONE IN A MONTH and they have never updated us (but what is there to update since NOTHING has been done??) had to call and get the insurance involved again! Will NEVER recommend this place, that is IF we ever get the work completed and get our car back!

I was very impressed with their service. They offer good rental cars and they handled all of the paperwork for me. The repair looks great too. The whole experience was easy and painless.

I went to George's the first time for an inspection. They were the only garage that would do this for me. The second time was because I got bad gas and didn't know what to do after my gas was treated because my car kept shutting down and had all kinds of lights on the dash. They reset everything for me right away. The third time was when my driver's side window wouldn't go up. They put my window back up and ordered the part I need. They got me in the same day I called. I couldn't get in anywhere else. I am a devoted customer now. I won't go anywhere else. The place is easy to get to, doesn't make you wait, very reasonably priced, excellent and very friendly service from all employees, clean, and a very nice place. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for great car service.

Was lied to about what was said from garage to other persons insurance and let me take my car after replacing radiator and when I went to get oil changed by someone else they noticed that there was only two clips in plastic instead of the like 12 there was supposed to be and they killed my battery. Would not recommend this place at all.
