Terrible company, only in it for profit. Had a bad accident at the beginning of the year caused by icy conditions and had bad coverage at the time. Didnt cover the vehicle and unfortunately I was out of work, so this company had it at their lot for a while. I get hit with a notice of disposal of an abandoned vehicle. I knew because it wasnt paid off, finance company would try to repossess and so I cañlee georges and attempted to work out a payment plan to grab my car outta there and fix the disposal notice. I called on a thursday and was told they would call back within a day. Next day comes and no call. Called again, they said they would encourage the gm to call ne back asap as I reiterated how important it was to get that car squared away. Still. No. Call. I called multiple more times th

Only positive things to say about George’s! We were stranded last night with a flat tire. We waited 3/4 hours for our insurances roadside assistance program to help us, but it seemed no one was coming. I decided to call a local place, around 10:30 PM and they picked up instantly. They dispatched Chris to our location and he was there within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. He was also able to back up into our skinny little driveway like a champ. The price for the tow was certainly reasonable as well. He gave us a great recommendation for Hartford Tire and they were able to have me repaired and back on the road in less than 24 hours. I can’t thank Chris enough! I definitely recommend George’s Custom Towing.

This shop should be studied by scientists as an example of how NOT to run a business I brought my car here for custom work, and I swear on everything holy, I think these people performed some kind of dark ritual on it instead. My car went in for a simple job and came back looking like it survived a bar fight behind a Walmart. The paint? Patchy, lumpy, and somehow three different shades of “I give up.” It feels like they mixed the paint in a dirty cereal bowl. Parts of it were literally dripping. DRIPPING. My car looked like it was sweating. Inside the car, it smelled like someone microwaved fish in there. Why? What were they doing? Why does my dashboard smell like lunch break trauma? When I asked for an update, these people fed me more excuses than a cheating boyfriend. “We’re almost done

they do not care about your vehicle after a accident took them 6 hours to pull my car out from the side of the road dragging my whole passenger side against trees and ripping my exhaust off carelessly dragging it over a guard rail with improper truck. requested them to not start my car after handing keys over and still seemed to start my car and lock my motor up. i would never allow these people to handle towing my car or any of my needs they do not care stay far away !!!!

Amazing people, office and drivers! Saved me today from breaking down in a very bad spot on 136. Got me home safe. Thank you
