Called to get a pricing on some tires and the receptionist put me on hold just to run her mouth with another lady in the store... I waited on the call for almost 10minutes and 13 secs while they discussed her kids, college and other unrelated topics until I finally decided to hang up. Outrageous really.
Extremely helpful, went above and beyond to help me. Wish there was an option for 10 stars.
They didn't have the size tire I needed right on hand, so they took my number and called back when they found some! The customer service alone is worth 5 stars, to me. Such a thing is rare, these days. I was so shocked to actually get a call back that I immediately forgot the name of the woman who helped me...(so sorry!) but I will never forget what she did. Thank you for going above and beyond!
