I came in this Saturday with my sister and got me a car!!!! I was very nervous and anxious upon coming in but with the help of JC I was put at ease! He made me feel heard, was so sweet and we definitely loved that he was showing his silly side with us. Nick assisted a little bit as well and was also amazing!! We were treated like family there and literally everyone there is super friendly!! They even fed us homemade lasagna for lunch as me and my sister skipped breakfast and were starving! Ok, let's be honest. I have never enjoyed shopping for a car. It's stressful to make a decision and stressful to spend the money, and I tend not to trust any car dealer. That's why I prefer to buy from individuals. This time I looked at about 15 cars and in the end I bought from George's Used Cars in Brownstown. Why? Part of it was chance — the first car I wanted from another dealer was sold before I made a decision. But the bigger reason is that I appreciated the George's staff and the fact that they went out of their way to help me since money is tight for me right now. I liked the fact there was no high pressure salesmanship, and that the salesman and manager Jon stayed late with me to finish the paperwork. And the car itself is great! The advertisement prominently states “MATCH = WIN” and “EVERYONE WINS A PRIZE.” It visually displays symbols that, when matched, appear directly next to specific prizes such as $30,000 cash, $500 cash, an Apple iPad Pro, and a Fitbit band. The layout strongly implies that matching symbols corresponds to winning the prize shown next to those symbols. I matched symbols on my card and reasonably believed I had won the prize displayed next to the matching symbols. The advertisement does not clearly explain that the symbols themselves do not determine the prize. Instead, the actual prize is allegedly determined by a separate confirmation code and a prize board located inside the dealership.
