I was refered here by co-worker. I had work done there in the past with no complaints. This time I got my power steering pump replaced there less than 60 days ago. The pump was still under warranty. However, I was still charged the installation fee of over $100.00. I didnt understand that since I paid that fee plus the power steering pump less than $60 days ago.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago to have my right front tire balanced and they put the tire on the back and the back on the front. I'm just getting to drive my car due to an electrical problem and a parasitic drain that was already a problem that my fiance fixed. My car is driving worse now than it ever did before taking it to Georgetown Tire. It's pulling to the right very bad and it's shaking badly and I can also hear the tire like bouncing. I took it back in and the man with the gray beard told me I needed 2 new tires because the one on the driver's side had knots on it and he believes the one on the back also has knots on the tire. Now mind you he did not put my car on the rack to check my tires and I also tried to get him to drive it so he could feel the way it was driving. He just

Came in at 8 AM to beat the crowd and get tires rotated. Was told to come back at 10:30 AM because the mechanic wasn't there yet. Came back at 10:30 and after waiting a long hour in the lobby the mechanic never arrived. I left disappointed and wasted 2 trips across town and an hour of my life. I understand things happen but still not happy with my experience.

Stopped here on my way to work on Monday morning. My front left tire wasn’t holding air. I was greeted by a very kind man told me there were six cars ahead of me was about an hour. They couldn’t find a leak in my tire they replaced the valve checked my tire for absolutely nothing free. I am so grateful I picked this place. I would recommend them to anyone kind fast honest service thank you so much you!

I dropped my car off at Georgetown Tire and Auto Center on 5/11/24. I told them I was a single mom, that I needed a new starter. I also told them I needed new brakes in the back and to go ahead and do an oil change. I picked my car up that evening at 515. I drove out of the shop and a girl who doesn't know much about cars, it felt different. Fast forward driving on 17 to the Y to pick my son up, and I'm at a red light, and all of a sudden, I'm in the middle of the median. I had no brakes. It was all the way to the foor. I had to drive, using my e brake to get him and home before dark and had no steering. I called this place the next day, and after I had to call out of work. They said they got the air out brake lines but would need a new hose for power steering, but no one had the part in G
