Great new detailer and hand car wash with competitive pricing for the area. I was really happy to discover that Georgetown Suds had opened and am always happy to support a new local business. Marcus and Carlos were very friendly and professional and did a terrific job with an in/out wash of my car. They set up a space (including seating) on the 4th basement level of the Ritz Carlton garage and provide parking validation (although if you get a longer service you will need to make sure the validation is long enough to cover that time as I noticed the validation stated it was for 2 hours). I will definitely be returning to bring my car in for a full detailing and am very confident I can trust my car with the Georgetown Suds crew. Highly recommended.

Malik did an excellent job with my very old and dirty car. It's been sitting for a long time due to the pandemic and was absolutely filthy. I went to a local carwash and it barely made a differnce. I made an appointment for the Georgetowner and my 18 year old car looks practically brand new! I had a few questions prior to scheduling the appointment and they were extremely responsive. Great job and so happy that my car is no longer embarassing me!

I saw their sign. I called and emailed and they responded to both quickly. They are in the parking at Ritz Carlton on 22 St NW. I made an appointment and made my choice off the extensive menu of services. There is even a waiting area although there is plenty of places in the area for coffee etc. Marcus did a great job and even validated parking so I did not pay $26! Could it be more convenient? Lovely job and service.

Amazing job and great location at the Ritz in West End. Left it while I took a workout class, ran some errands downtown and came back to a beautifully cleaned car. Best carwash I’ve ever had. Free validation too!

The detailer didn't show up to my confirmed Friday morning appointment and would not pickup my phone calls. Horrible customer service for a company that advertises as being high end. My recommendation for anyone in the DC area is to avoid Georgetown SUDS.
