Georgie towed my car after I requested a tow service through my insurance company. I didn't know where to take the vehicle, George recommended a place (so far, so good there) and the drove me back to work since I didn't have anyone to pick me up. Helpful and fast - the two pillars of a tow service.

This place is hands down THE best towing company in alpena and surrounding counties. Without a doubt in my mind I will be giving them my business. They are super affordable, totally transparent to work with, and will go above and beyond for their customers! 100/10

Got stuck in the ice, slush, snow on a one lane twisting, hilly road. First tow truck came out, looked, said nope and drove away. 2nd tow truck wanted $350 upfront with no guarantee. Georgie’s was the 3rd, drove right in, loaded me up, drove me out, then asked for the $100 pmt. They sent it to my insurance company for me. This number is going into my contacts and will be the not tow company I ever call in the future.

I called Georgie’s Towing for a jump start and they were over within minutes to help me get my car started. They even followed me to my destination I needed to go to make sure I made it safely. I recommend Georgie’s Towing and I will use them over and over again!

Horrible service. My family members were involved in a bad car accident. When my family went to visit the car on Monday after being in the hospital (accident on Saturday night) the staff treated them horribly. After finding something concerning in the vehicle, we calmly brought it to the staff’s attention. A man came outside and started yelling and swearing at our family, saying we were accusing them. He raged, screamed, and used vulgar language. While visiting the car after a traumatic accident, the team treated my family like crap. No respect, no apology, no decency. After my family paid the bill, they stated “we could have charged you more but we are being courteous” after swearing and yelling at them.
