After reading the reviews, I must express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. The company’s representatives have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect, as well as defensiveness. It is imperative that the company adopt a more empathetic approach to customer interactions and situations. The company’s tone and attitude are consistent with the veracity of the negative reviews.

Gerald Auto Sales is great !! I have never had any issues with them. I got my truck paid off and I’m about to get my other vehicle paid off as well. They have been nothing but understanding with me when I fall behind on payments. Highly recommend!

This is not a dealership, it’s a SCAM!!! The odometers are rolled back to make the vehicles look low mileage, they have been wrecked with salvage titles. They are not honest regarding the vehicle report, so your insurance will drop you once the run the vin on the vehicle. Gerald Auto Sales refuses to contact you or take any responsibility for their criminal actions. I’m in the process of having this place throughly investigated. I’ve made several documented attempts to speak with Mr. Gerald, also created a video of my attempts. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to make a claim without attempting to resolve on my end. No options have been given to me, and no one has returned my calls nor tried any other method of contacting me. They sure reach out once the insurance refuses to insure the salvage

I was referred to this lot by a good friend ten months ago. I walked into the lot with high hopes, the salesman NEVER greeted me, I had to make him speak. I wanted to purchase a SUV (I see they still haven't sold! 10 months later) the salesman CLEARLY didn't wont my sale. Never the less I was happy to close the deal with a lot that treated me with respect! Have a nice day!

I was a loyal customer and bought twi cars from Gerald. When I moved out of state, Gerald refused to share title information with Indiana which prevented me from buying plates. I tried to trade the car, but Gerald would not cooperate with the dealer. New dealer sold me a brand new car for less and said Gerald always does business this way and that he never reported to the bureaus the $30,000 in payments I made over the years. Also car had bad carfax history. Four months later, Gerald had car towed (it had been sitting 4 months after I bought new car). He will sell it again. GET A CARFAX.
