My transmission lost 3 and 4th gear put a new one in myself turned out it wouldn’t pop out of first took it over to Gerald he diagnosed it, got bad news but Gerald made it all better rebuilding my old one now my truck drives better then before!! We took the truck to another mechanic who showed us the transmission was never even opened — the screws were untouched. This is serious fraud. After being confronted, they told us to bring the truck back under “warranty.” Why would we trust you again after lying the first time? Extremely dishonest business.
