I wish I could give 0 stars, your shop is committing insurance fraud and has been reported to NICB. If anyone has had a similar experience please report to National Insurance Crime Bureau. TLDR: Manager will lie to your face and tell you they gave you a new part when they didn't. Awful repair quality, multiple trips back and forth, damaged my car multiple times in the process of repairing. Very unethical and shady establishment. I got rear ended at a red light, the other party took complete responsibility. My insurance company recommended I use a shop in their network, and since it had decent google reviews and was close to my house, I chose to have my car repaired there. I was side swiped with no dent damage, just paint transfer, and brought it in Christmas Eve morning. I was hoping it could be buffed out because have $1000 collision deductible, so this was out of pocket. I should have gotten the fellow’s name but I didn’t. He checked out the car and said “Give me 5 minutes.” He brought it back looking terrific and said “Merry Christmas.” No charge!! Great customer relations! I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This is an edit of previous review. Gerber did diligently work to fix the problem. recently had to take my car to Gerber Collision on Alpharetta Highway after it got rear-ended. The insurance company referred me there, so I thought it would be a smooth process. When I picked up my car, I noticed the fender was a bit loose and actually seemed to be falling off. I took it back and spoke with the manager, who told me it was due to the aftermarket fender they had used. He promised to reach out to the insurance company to see about getting a proper dealer fender. However, it’s been three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything back from them. Dirt in paint, drip mark, damage still evident I was reared ended in my 2014 Honda Accord which damaged the rear bumper and trunk latch. I pointed out the trunk latch scraping when I dropped the vehicle off, but it wasn’t addressed in the initial repair so had to leave it. They quickly fixed the latch so I returned to pick up my vehicle later in the day at closing. Next day when the sun was up I noticed a drip mark (photo), dirt in the paint (photo) and waves in the bumper where they attempted to repair it rather than replace the bumper cover. Overall I am not happy with the repair, it’s very amateurish and was not done properly. Repair took 3 days and to be honest needs to be completely redone. Had a wonderful experience recently with Gerber Collision for repairing my RAV4. Gerber's customer service is very good they immediately contacted after the claim was filed and we setup drop off that day for the repairs. They continually provided updates with the repair process from start to finish and my car was completed on time and looks very good. Great job and customer service. Thank you Gerber Collision!
