Terrible experience, when I took my car in and the insurance totaled it, I was told I had to pick it up asap or there would be a 295 storage fee. When I had my car picked up there were parts that got removed that had nothing to do with my accident, they also told me if I wanted them to put my car back together I would have to pay them 1400. My brother went and picked up my car and when he got there a couple of the told him that they were going to buy the car, he told them the car wasn’t for sale, as he was leaving another employee told him “it those other two guys did not buy the car then he was, again my brother told him the car was never for sale. JUST BECAUSE MY CAR WAS TOTALED THEY ASSUMED I WAS JUST GOING TO LEAVE IT THERE. SOUNDS LIKE THEY ALREADY HAD OTHER PLANS FOR MY CAR!!! My ca

What great experiences with Gerber! I've had to use them twice this year and each time was very professional, efficient, and everyone was very kind. Bonus each time: they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car! So unexpected and not necessary but such a special touch. Highly recommend!
