My Experience Repair was done with little attention to detail and will require rework. Gerber sent the work out to Line-X which did a poor job and didn’t even complete the reinstallation of certain hardware. Carolina was also very unknowledgeable about the process and said, “In our eyes the work is complete and you’ll have to take any issues up with Line-X.” She also told me the rail caps were removed, while Line-X said they never remove the bed rail caps. Don’t know why you would make up an answer instead of asking someone who knows. Wouldn’t recommend Gerber to anyone, and they might want to hold training on customer service and personal responsibility.

Awesome repair shop. They were very detailed on what I should expect as far as the repair process and time frame. They even beat their estimated repair date by a full day! The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly was was going to happen. I also appreciated getting emails and personal calls with status updates. The car looks better than before the accident. Great work by the repair team. One thing to consider - They had my car washed/cleaned before handing me the keys. That was a nice gesture however the spray that was used (air freshener?) left a residue on the dashboard. Not a big deal since it was easily cleaned up with water and a washcloth but something to consider asking them to skip if you have your car here.

I dropped off my car at Gerber Collision on Dysart. I was quoted that it would take 3 days to repair my bumper (drop off Tuesday...pick up Friday). I was then informed that it would be longer...I have been without my car for 8 days. On the 8th day I was informed that it was only NOW going into the paint shop and would be 10 days. If you want a reliable, quick repair-look elsewhere.

I received an unreasonably high estimate from this shop to fix a window seal. They claimed the window would likely break during removal, but every other shop I consulted assured me that it wouldn’t. This made me question whether they were either trying to overcharge me or simply didn’t know what they were doing. Their quote was also twice as much as other places, which only reinforced my concerns. I would recommend getting a second opinion before choosing this shop.

Took my brand new truck here after getting hit by a deer in California. Gerber made it look new again. Repairs took 4 weeks but got constant text and phone call updates explaining where they were at with the repairs and keeping me updated on expected completion date. I also like that their repairs come with a lifetime warranty.
