My car got hit in a parking lot and the insurance company made my appt for the next day at Gerber Collision in Bergen. The Gerber team took care of everything for me. I got updates about my car and their staff was very helpful. They made the process so easy. They did an amazing paint job on my car and replaced the bumper and parts. Excellent service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this business.

I hit a deer and damaged the front end of my car. I chose Gerber based off of the reviews I had read. From day 1 the service was excellent and I was informed of the progress being made with the repair every step of the way. Mallorie and the team in Bergen were incredible. Every question I had was answered with no doubt and in a timely manner. With only 5000 miles on the car, it looks exactly as it did when I picked it up from the dealership. If I ever have any further auto body needs, I know where I'll be going to have the work done. Before + after photos are included in this review.

Gerber Collison did excellent work on my 2024 Ford Escape. There was extensive damage to the rear end of car. Can't even tell it was hit. Great job!! Thank you all!

I had damage to my vehicle , I turned it in on a Monday and they called me on Thursday to let me know it was complete . My entire passenger door, it was detailed , my seat controls were set for me so when I got in my seat moved to my setting , this place is amazing!!! The went the extra steps to make it awesome !!! Definitely would recommend , definitely would go again !!! Thank You Gerber collision !!! Awesome work !!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff at the Bergen location was absolutely amazing start to finish. They did a beautiful job with my car, it looked brand new when I picked it up! They really took extra care and went above and beyond which was such a comfort after being in an accident.
