I find it so rare to work with a company that actually delivers what they promise and does it well. Gerber was absolutely outstanding. Staff were capable, professional, caring, and followed up constantly on progress. The work was beautifully done. Clearly the manager is fully committed to a service-oriented culture, exemplified by every team member I met. I hope to never have to use them again (i.e., no more collisions) but would immediately contact them. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Outstanding experience in all ways.

They did a great job repairing my BMW! Its a rare color & they matched it perfectly. If you need body work done I highly recommend them. They got the repair done quickly & did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the work they did!

had talked to the manager privately about issues with the work on my car but there’s yet another problem and i do not want to associate with them anymore. do not take your car here. i had gotten into a collision and had to take my car here per insurance company. took them a little longer (about a month extra) to work on my car than quoted but at the time i was fine with it because there’s nothing you can do in that situation but wait. i finally got my car back and noticed a few things that weren’t quite put on there correctly and my brakes were rusted from sitting for so long resulting in me having to buy new brakes. i decided to look at my dashcam footage and i was furious as to what i found. i have multiple videos of them treating my car like garbage. bolting my hood on and saying “that

Just picked up my Grand Cherokee repaired after a break in downtown Detroit. I would like to give a huge thank you to Megan and Grace and the rest of the reception team. The repair was done in super quick time and I know one of the colleagues drove a 60 mile round trip to pick up a part so the job could be completed before the Easter weekend. I had a large scratch on my Jeep and took it here to get a quote to fix it. After showing the manager a picture of the damage, he came right out and buffed it! My Jeep looks good as new, and he didn’t charge me a penny. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. They have my business, and they should have yours too! Highly recommend.
