Matt, Mike, and the whole shop do a great job and put out quality work. The shop does a great job of communicating with you about your vehicle and sends updates regularly. They make it worth the wait of getting your car back by making sure it looks brand new when it’s time to pick it up. I couldn’t recommend a better body shop in Brownwood.

They installed this headlight on my truck and gave me a lifetime warranty on it. Allstate called it cost effective and also gave me the same warranty.

I was traveling through Brownwood when I started experiencing car trouble. I called Gerber to see if they could get me in. It was near the end of the day and I needed help fast. They came and saw my car, helped get me back on the road within 20 minutes, and were so kind and courteous. Plus, the coffee selection in the lobby was good. I was so thankful for their quick response and willingness to help someone in need. I highly recommend this shop. They made me feel so safe.

If I’m being honest, the customer service side of gerber is top notch. However the work was not done. We’ve gone back and forth since July? And finally got the truck in, after it hadn’t been touched we picked it up, and set another date. Finally get it in, the promised work isn’t completely and to top it off, they left two housings and two lights under the hood that we found once getting home. And neither headlights work. This is my second run in with Gerber with insufficient work done and I will not be returning. Cassie and Sabrina. However I do appreciate the two of you for amazing communication and friendliness.
