I received my car back July 19th on July 23rd I reported that my back up camera was not working. I was told to bring in my car for proof which I did that Thursday July 26th. I was then informed they would be ordering a new one to fix the issue and would give me a call when the camera had arrived. I called once a week to see if it was in and kept getting the run around. Finally a month later I spoke with a manager who informed me the camera was NEVER ordered ! She ordered it and explained she would be calling me once it had arrived. Two weeks went by and I never got a call I decided to call Friday September 13th and was informed that the camera had been in the shop but I was never informed. Everyone at Gerber Collision & Glass was amazing to work with! They worked with my insurance/Enterprise, were always available for questions, and gave me updates on my car's progress every step of the way. I am very happy with all the repairs to my car and the quick turnaround time.

Take your car someplace else. I got rear ended at the end of April and this place was on my insurance’s list of approved shops. Dropped it off and then didn’t hear anything for two weeks. Then I started calling daily to request updates. Each time I called, I was told “it’ll be ready tomorrow.” But that magic tomorrow never came. I got the car back because I walked to the shop and started asking for answers. I ended up taking my car back despite the shoddily done, mostly-completed repair. I wouldn’t be this upset if there had been some level of communication from the shop. But it took me literally going there in person to get anything approaching complete information from them. Abysmal customer service and mediocre workmanship. Just go someplace else.

Had the most amazing experience ever at Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md. Kelly and Don turned an already stressful situation into an easy “no fuss”, “we will handle everything for you” experience. My vehicle damage was quickly and thoroughly assessed and I was contacted right away with a full report and plan of action to get the necessary repairs done and to get me back in the drivers seat ASAP. I was updated regularly and often as to the progress of my vehicle as well as an estimated day of completion. Not only was my vehicle finished AHEAD of schedule but the work done went above and beyond what I was even expecting !
