Gerber Collision & Glass

This is the worst repair shop when it comes to customer service and credibility. They take months to give you a diagnosis, and once they do, it's inaccurate. They gave me many possible delivery dates because they kept diagnosing close to the delivery date, and it took months to repair my truck. When they finally returned it, the brand emblems were missing, the air conditioning didn't work, and they didn't replace the windshield because "they didn't realize it was cracked." Now they're saying they're waiting for a response from the insurance company to repair the glass, and I've been waiting for weeks for them to call me back.

Got my truck back a few days ago, looks stunning! Second time working with Gerber, just as satisfied as the first time. Thank you Scott and Jamie for helping with the claim process, very patient and helpful. Best business/service in Claremore! We need more business like this, the level of professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. I had an ashtray full of cig butts, and they even cleared that out that for me! Plus my truck looked hand washed and polished too! Nice surprise🙂

I just purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento from out of state. There was a small crack in the bumper and the dealership agreed to pay for the repair. I dropped my car off at Gerber on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. Brand new bumper and got an awesome detail. The staff is great! They tested all the sensors to confirm everything was in working order, they handled everything and kept me up to date on the progress. Their customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. Very rarely do I need a body shop but I always recommend Gerber as the place to go!

Went up there to get an estimate for my car after a deer hit me. Went up there in the morning didn’t have time to get me in drove back just for the manager to be rude and act like she didn’t have time to deal with us. When we confronted her about it she then acted like she had done nothing wrong. Will no longer be using gerber for anything. I will take my business elsewhere.

Very professional with attention to detail. Truck is in shop at this time. I plan to post before and after pics when repairs are complete.
