⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. They did an amazing job on my truck and finished the work earlier than the requested date, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, I couldn’t find a ride to pick up my truck, and their employee Johnny went above and beyond by picking me up himself. That level of customer service is rare these days. I’m very grateful and highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!

They were excellent with communication and setting expectations. Brittany was professional and refreshing to work with. They did a great job fixing my vehicle like new. Later, I had some flashing pop off related to the scope performed and Nick pulled it in and fixed it with no questions asked. He even washed my car, just because. This is a quality company and I recommend them for collision repair.

Words cannot explain how Gerber collision helped me and my specific situation. Their patience and kindness are unmatched to any other customer service experience I've ever had. Communication was the biggest thing I appreciated as well as understanding 🙏 Even after I brought my problematic tahoe home it had a separate issue but they still followed up to ensure I had everything handled. I will only recommend this place for life, not to mention several other repair shops refused to work on my Tahoe due to an interlock, they called me back after turning me down willing to take on a project with a difficult device. Very professional. The front office clerk is very attentive. They will consistently call you with updates about your vehicle so you are never in question about the status of progress. Thank you for timeliness and care. Disclaimer: someone else was at fault. I will say their cost of labor is $$$. They don’t disclose how much time they actually worked on the vehicle. Maybe I’m being overly picky about it, but if I was doing this privately and paying for it I would want to know.

Beyond excellent job. They made it quick, painless, and seamless. This branch has knowledgeable advisors and crazy good body work people. I would give it 10 stars of if I could. Excellent job guys! I don’t need to find a new body work shop ever again. You guys nailed it
