I'm really disappointed in my experience here. My car was here for over a month, the estimated return date was extended multiple times with little to no notice. I received my car back with oily fingerprint stains, and with missing and damaged interior trim pieces. My bumper also does not sit flush or look like it's attached correctly. The front desk receptionist was dismissive on the phone and in person, offers no apology and intentionally acts like she doesn't care. (I will note that Candace was great, the other receptionist is your problem). I’ve been waiting on a call for weeks about replacement parts so I can bring it back to be fixed and detailed. Today I called to find out the parts are there, they just never called. Take your car somewhere else if you care about it.

After the 3rd attempt this is how they left my vehicle. I was told a manager would reach out to me. However I never heard from anyone, even though they were fully aware of the condition of my vehicle. my advice is to look elsewhere for collision repair. Their service is horrible.

Everything looked good. They detailed the truck in and out. But where I'm disappointed is I had to tighten bolts on the inside of the tail gate that hold the cover on my self and the windshield was smeared. Now I'm wondering what else was left lose and I can't see or notice since they took the whole bed off

The front lady was super helpful and was able to fast track get me a rental since they have a direct line I guess. Plus any place with a bidet in their toilet is always top tier in my opinion 🦾.

My car was repaired here after a rear-end collision in late March 2024. They were quick, responsive, and informative about the full process. I drove away with a new rear bumper, and am very pleased with the service I received here.
