2025 Ram 1500. Was damaged by getting rear ended at stop sign. From setting up my Appt time/ drop off/ went over my expectations for using only OEM replacement parts. Quoted @ 2 weeks for repairs... Got my truck in less than a week. Repairs look like factory new still which was my main concern. Tailgate molding needed adjusted when I picked it up, they did it immediately. Very Satisfied Nikki Burnett was my service writer.

I got into a car accident on May 14th. I brought my car in day or so later to this location to have it repaired; I was initially given an estimate of 3 weeks for this whole process. It's going on 5 weeks and I still don't have my car back!!! I keep getting told it'll be ready on this day...and then the next...and then the next... I'm a little frustrated. My car's completion date keeps getting pushed back. Plus I've been the one having to call to get updates - this location does a poor job at keeping their customers attuned as to what's going on. I get that certain parts can take time to get delivered but I would have appreciated better communication from Gerber. I'm also running out of time to use my rental car. I hope they're doing a good job on my car and that I will get it back in the n

Gave me back my brand new car without job.being complete. Strung me along with "...any time now," "...you can pick it up this evening," and then I would get alerts saying it would be ready in roughly a week. I should have read the reviews before letting them work on my car! There are so many places from which to choose. I would choose any other business. And I will, of course, not seeking their business in the future. I've attached a Pic of the white mystery sludge they left on my car. "None of the chemicals we have here can get it off, so we ordered the part." When asked about eta, the office person was completely unable to give me a timeframe, whether it be 5 weeks or 5 years.

Came in towards the end of the day on a Friday to request a repair quote. After being told I would receive it the following Monday I still haven't received it a week later.

Picked up my car the other day, wonderful experience all around! I was given over a month timeline for repairs from another shop, and here they had given me a three week estimate, but were done in five days! Fantastic communication, kept me in the loop but not overloading with messages, fantastic customer service, front desk staff was so nice, flawless repairs
