I recently had my 2022 Camry towed there for some body repairs after a collision. So far the initial take in process has been good. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. I will repost a new review after the repairs on my car are complete , and hopefully there up to our satisfaction. Update- We have been told 2 times that the car was ready and both times the car was not near close to be completed. The first time my wife got a text that the car was ready and I even called to verify and was told it was ready. I had to leave early from work to make it there before they closed and even returned the rental. When we got there the car was still disassembled and not ready. This place is amazing! First time using them and the customer service was excellent. Duran, the manager, went above and beyond to help and even addressed additional issues with my car. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. They truly go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. Quality work and outstanding service—highly recommend!

We won’t recommend and won’t return. Two minor/moderate scrapes on the driver’s side of the vehicle “miraculously” turned into extensive damage when the quarter panel was removed. I was hit while parked by someone either pulling in or backing up from the space next to me, thus in no way with enough force to cause extensive damage. When I asked for photos because I was shocked that there could be extensive damage, I was told they have “no way of printing photos.” That was comical. Then, I asked if they could pop out a dent in my door. (On the same side). I was given an estimate of $2300 and told it had to be welded. I’m going now to have the dent popped out for $132.50. Even more disappointing, I picked up the vehicle after over 5kpayed out from insurance and almost a month of being there

These ladies and gentlemen exceeded my expectations. I am so glad my insurance was accepted here because it truly made a difference! The front office was more than pleasant to work with and the folks working in the back repairing my 2021 four runner made it look better than before the accident !

If you like being treated rude, this is your place to go! Lack of communication, 3.5 weeks for front pannel and headlight to be replaced. Many other body shops in Greeley and would highly suggest going somewhere else.
