My car had some scrapes near the fender an now they’re fixed, but at what cost? These are the issues I encountered upon pickup: They left the cover for the diagnostic area off and did not tell me. There was an unbranded styrofoam cup in my car. They made no effort to vacuum or clean out the footprints on my car mats. I dropped my car off on a rainy day so there’s no way I had footprints on the driver’s seat mat. Magically the inside handle for one of my doors stopped working all of a sudden. How embarrassed I felt. Just because I live within my means with an older car doesn’t mean I want others to treat it like crap! At least I’m not in debt trying to keep up with the Jones’s…I won’t be coming back.

Terrible service and a long wait. Took my vehicle to get repaired for a bumper exchange got my vehicle back to signals coming on my dash due to sensor not being calibrated correctly.

Wonderful company to deal with. Repairs were completed before scheduled time. Our 100% recommend them to anybody. If I need any collusion repair in the future I will be going back. I believe that they went above and beyond and I really liked the communication at every step of the way letting me know what stage my car was in. Also I want to say that the staff was top-notch so if you needed any collision or prayers I would recommend Gerber collision

I had my vehicle repaired, and it was completed today! I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Communication is great. I got texts with updates on my car daily about repairs. And above all the work was great. I have never had a car shop clean my car before return, but my car was spotless even scrubbing my rims, which I had been putting off. So if you are looking for a great company for any work on your car, this is the place to be. I appreciate everyone there for your dedication and friendly attitude. And will definitely use for any future repairs.
