Gerber Collision & Glass

This is my first time utilizing a collision shop, so I had to share my experience with everyone. My truck got hit at the end of summer, which thankfully the other driver's insurance company took 100% responsibility. That was the only delay in this experience, absolutely nothing wrong on Gerber's part, just the annoying insurance claim process. (The other driver was wholly and totally faulted for the accident due to his inattention, and struck my right side front tire and fender.) However, when it came time to get things moving, I had my rental car dropped off there so I didn't have to rely on someone bringing me home and cause further disruption in my day, the amazing staff there were all very helpful and friendly, explained the process clearly, and even provided phone call updates twic

I went here after I was hit by another driver. The workers were very communicative about updates on how long the fix would take, kept me updated every step of the way through phone calls and texts. When I got the car, it was very well done. They even vacuumed the car. Oh and I had some sap on my windshield that’s gone now! One gentleman even helped me carry my son’s heavy car seat from the rental to my car. Great folks.

I hit a deer with my Volkswagen, after talking to insurance they referred me to Gerber. At first they said it would be a while until they could get to work on my car… a couple hours later I get a call that they can start right away. I had my vehicle back in exactly one week. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They even took the time to detail my car, and I mean detail! It felt like a new car when I got it back, door wells, windows, seats, everything was cleaned. They even moved my junk around to clean under it, vacuum and wash the weather mats. I would refer them to anybody who needs body work done, easily. The service team was really nice and even called enterprise to let them know I will be picking up a rental. Above and beyond. 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you Gerber!

The team at Gerber Collision was excellent—friendly, professional, and accommodating. They even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could pick up my vehicle. Really appreciated the extra effort.

This location did an outstanding job with my car!! The communication was on point, I was notified every Tuesday and Thursday about the status of my car. My car has a weird tire size and color. They worked hard to match the color and get the exact rim to match the other three. The car looks brand new probably even better then when I bought it!! Scott was amazing, he personally called to inform me about the paint and rim; then when i went to pick it up came out and explained everything! It was a great experience i live a 1/2 hour away but would definitely have my cars brought back here for any repairs!! Great customer service from Lori at the front desk just to everyone I spoke to there. I am very pleased!! Will definitely recommend!!
