Gerber took in my deer collision vehicle the week of Christmas. My experience with my car insurance company was utterly disappointing and stressful. Basically, Troy and his team took charge of a bad situation and did nothing but make it better. He communicated with me on multiple occasions throughout the repair process. Which wasn't long, as my car was returned in six days!!! The repair was literally shining, and yes, they cleaned my whole car. Troy went through all the paperwork and explained everything in detail. I was satisfied with the time frame because I was able to get a rental. The only issue we had was some miscommunication of pick up. However my car looked amazing! I would definitely highly recommend this place!

Do not take your car here they work with insurance companies to either deny your claim or they say the damages were done before. I had picture evidence but the bald head white guy that was very rude said we can’t do anything about it
