Gerber Collision & Glass

Here's the evolution of my paint job... clear coat is flaking off now. I was denied a fix as Gerber cited "chips are not covered in our warranty". Now, (take a close look at the multitude of chips), the chips are so bad, the clear coat is flaking off. I will take this elsewhere to be done properly, pretty strange how they stand by work this bad and won't fix it as if it's normal.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am unfortunately a repeat customer at New Look Collision Center. Thankfully, they’ve done a great job with my car! Most recently, someone hit my rear bumper and drove off without leaving their information. Mike and Derek went out of their way to find ways to lower my out of pocket costs. Their customer service was amazing and I super appreciate their kindness and communication. Derek even offered to buff out some tire marks on the front of my car from when a tire hit it on the freeway, whether or not I got my car repaired with them. This was unrelated to the rear bumper I needed replaced. Every time my car needs work, I choose New Look since they do an amazing job! The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you Mike and Derek!

This auto body shop does not even deserve 1 star. Went there with intentions to drop my car off per my insurance company, however when attempting to get the estimate done, Lew treated me as if I couldn’t afford their services and spoke to me in a belittling manner. He did not work with my insurance company, he did not keep me updated with anything- horrible customer service!! And definitely felt some racist vibes. No way would I leave my vehicle here!

The Gerber in Bullhead City no longer services Mercedes Benz I don’t know why?? Gerber’s Collision in Henderson NV was the closest to me from Ft Mohave AZ I was treated wonderful by Shelby one of the advisor had a rental set up in advance for me if needed He made sure I was taken care of he worked with my schedule and understood I was traveling from 2 hours away Shelby is very professional and courteous He ordered my parts so I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t need a rental because my parts were ordered and the staff moved quickly to get me in and out in no time. I appreciate the great service I definitely recommend Gerber in Henderson NV

Even though I disliked my insurance adjusters I love the work they did on my mustang. It looks as though it never was in a crash. There is a little paint that was on part of my plastic, but I can get over that.
