My car looks almost better than when I first purchased it! They even got my stain out on my seat!!!! The staff is top notch. Julia was so welcoming when I came in. We experienced a few issues with the repairs, and the woman who identified herself as the manager was unprofessional and unwilling to assist. Her behavior did not reflect the professionalism expected from someone in a management position. She also provided inaccurate information to our insurance company. She told our insurance company that we received a text on Friday notifying us that the vehicle was ready, but we did not receive that message until Monday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, she stood by the door watching instead of coming out to ensure the issue was resolved. This reflects poor communication and a lack of accountability.
