The service provided by this location was excellent. From the initial contact, Ashley made me feel comfortable by explaining in details the steps they will take to fix my car. It was also a great advantage that they had special rates with the local rental agency since my insurance did not pay for the rental saving me a few bucks. The communication was excellent, Ashley kept me in the loop of the progress on the repair, informed me when delays were happening and why via texts and phone calls. The information were detailed and accurate. The repairs were done within the time frame given to me. The payment (my deductible) was due upon the repair being completely finished. Highly recommend you choose them if you're a girl and you don't know much about cars. Don't know what to do when you get in a wreck and they total your car and you feel like you're in this impossible to figure out situation? They'll help you! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and very helpful. They gave me all the information I needed to make sure I got my car taken care of and that I was happy. They didn't even end up doing any work on my car and I still wanted to come and give them a good review because they helped me out that much. Highly recommend this place for any collision repair!! Gerber did really good job in my car. I needed a bumper, back hatch, sensors and paint. They fix it in great time and they have text updates which was great.
