I had the best experience with Gerber Collison after my car was side swap by a semi from start to finish the service was Top Notch.

Paint currently looks good but, time will tell how well the job was performed. Unfortunately quality control on other aspects of the work are lacking. Upon picking up my vehicle after 2 months at Gerber I placed it on a lift and inspected the work. Some parts were left off and work was half done. After contacting Gerber parts were made available to me.

Was sent here by my insurance only to have my appointment canceled due to them apparently not working on Lexus vehicles at all. Gieco said that was crazy and they have never heard anything like that before. Which I thought was kinda weird. Lexus drivers be aware. They can’t help you here.

My Chevy was hit by the falling tree branch with extensive damage which nearly totaled the vehicle. Almost two months in the shop with weekly updates and my Red Devil looks better then new! Thank you so much Gerber, your team did an amazing job.

Very disappointed with the work done on my black Subaru, black mark every where on the inside of the SUV no detail was done inside my car they left every window dusty and nasty a total wrack very disappointed with the service from them it's absolutely disgusting how a company ask you to give them a 5 star rating it's sickening and now I have to actually pay another company to detail my SUV because inside was dusty and dirty the Gerber tech left my car. $7300 later they are not what they say they are a total disgrace to the Greber Collision Center, the estimator did not do his job.
