Gerber Collision & Glass

Wasn’t a big job, but I got my truck back quick! The repair was perfect! My truck was washed cleaned and vacuumed! The tank was full, however I’m not sure if it was filled when I dropped it off! But I’ll give them the credit. Very happy !

I had a tree come down on my car May 31st. I chose this shop to complete the work. They had my car for two weeks, and I got it back mid-June. They repaired the roof damage to my car, however in doing so, they had to remove my headliner and all of my trim/molding pieces out of the inside of my car. When I got my car back- the headliner was filthy. There were greasy fingerprints all over the tan headliner. There was sealant in the cargo window. My grab handle was upside down. My headliner was shifted so all of the raw edges were exposed. My front passenger side assembly was completely taken apart (very dangerous and very illegal) and unusable, the molding around my rear doors did not fit, and there were gaps where every piece of molding should have fit. My cargo area molding was a huge mess.

Terrible customer service, lies about the things they will fix and then back track on it. Don’t trust these guys, go to any other collision center do not go here. Wish i could give less than 1 star, they don’t even deserve 1 star.

So thankful to Gerber for helping get my car back up and running so quickly after an accident. Everyone working with me was friendly and professional. They communicated frequently to explain the repair/insurance process. I was so impressed with how they helped me through this little debacle…made a tough situation a little easier. Thank you so much!

I don’t know that much about Gerber yet. Today was my first day going there everybody was so kind and attentive and made me feel very comfortable after having my little accident fitting me in almost immediately which I was thrilled and hopefully it won’t take that long for the repairs to take place After that I’ll be able to say more about Gerber Collision
