Customer Reviews
My estimator was Lloyd and he was absolutely phenomenal! I’m really big on communication and he exceeded my expectations from the first call, the updates in between, all the way to my final pickup. My car is not even a year old and I was devastated to have hit something and mess up my bumper plus other aspects of my car. So I brought my car in with skepticism, not only because it’s new, but also because I’ve had issues years ago where collision places did subpar work on a previous car. Lloyd gave me very specific details and assured me he would take care of my car and that he did! In addition, he did it quickly. I had my car back in less than two weeks which was even more surprising. I can’t thank Lloyd enough for the exceptional service I received. 10/10 highly recommend!
**DISCLAIMER** Lloyd was friendly and helpful when I first got my car estimated, so this review is in no way a representation of him and his professionalism. If you can deal with him only, I'd recommend it. First, front desk girl is rude and not welcoming. I was up there multiple times and it was the same energy EACH TIME. Secondly, what's the point of having pictures of the damage if it's not being used as a reference to make sure the repair was complete? My estimator, Matt, tried to gaslight me as if the damage that was STILL on my car after they repaired it wasn't there when I dropped it off. After looking over pictures that he and Lloyd took that clearly showed the damage that was present, he STILL tried to say that it wasn't documented on the inspection paper that HE filled out. Also
This place is TERRIBLE they handled my claim with USAA for property damage, initially I was going to take my vehicle somewhere else and they were so quick to convince me that this was the best option and that it would be better since they have direct connection with the insurance companies. After the repair they asked me to not wash much car for over 30 days which I did, when I washed the car I noticed white pollen looking specs ALL over my car and the back bumper has paint drip on it. I went back to the shop to speak with the manager and he begged me to not put up a bad review because it affected with his Bonus and if he has to fix something it comes straight from his pocket. I tried to be nice and he just said they would try to fix the back bumper and not the white looking specs..if I wa
While the jeep is physically repaired from where I was hit in the accident, the jeep is not complete as the front left (grill, bumper, finder) turn signals lights are not working, the welcome lights (left and right finder) are no longer working and the left low beam headlight is out … Now, I have new electrical issues that should have been caught during a quality process that doesn’t exist within Gerber or my vehicle was rushed and it was completely missed. I brought it to the attention of the service guy as mentioned the did a quality check and perhaps it went out from one building to the next or a fuse has blown, as if that made any sense. After looking around, the control wire for the turn signals is completely missing or ripped out - gone. If the drive side doors were repaired, I am n
