The worst shop I ever see, they keep my van for over 2 months, they was no even able to finish, because the parts is in back order, lies I found the parts in 24 hours, but of course they want to keep it there to charge more money to the insurance. The secretary at the front really unprofessional. They even fill up the customer survey, which I found between the paper when I got home, of course for the insurance company not see a bad review. The paint job on the hood was horrible, the manager tells you the same lies to keep the car at they shop, really bad experience with this place I don’t recommend to anybody

For it being my second time coming in I’m not very pleased with the red hair older women that works front desk. Me being a manager and working in customer service I expect to come into a place of business with Someone who acknowledges a customer when they come in with a friendly attitude. I got the opposite. I walked in made eye contact with Susana. No smile, no welcome in it was a very awkward silence for a few seconds with intense eye engagement. She was looking at me like if she was an idiot and couldn’t say hello, how can I help you? Management should consider hiring someone who’s not miserable. To end on a positive note Donna was very professional, helpful, and friendly. She was able to cover a rental car for me while my car was being worked on. Thank you

I have attempted to utilize this establishment on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Firstly, the policy of not accepting walk-ins is quite inconvenient for customers. Each time I visited, I was met by an unfriendly front desk staff member who appeared unhappy and unhelpful. On my third visit, I had made an appointment through GEICO, but upon arrival, I was informed that I was one hour late. The receptionist's demeanor was noticeably frustrated, and she offered no assistance in rescheduling my appointment or guiding me through the process. It felt as though the business was so busy (sarcasm) that they did not value walk-ins or even take the time to understand my needs. This establishment is leaving money on the table as a busi
