Took my car here in the summer to have my rear passenger door repaired from an accident. It took about 2 weeks for the repair to be complete, and mostly because they were waiting for the parts to come in. Chance, one of the workers, called me several times throughout the repair to give me updates on my car and was very sweet & respectful the entire time. When my car was finally ready to be picked up, I noticed the screen on my touch-screen radio was peeling off, and it wasn’t like that when I dropped off the car before. I asked Chance if they knew what happened and she found out it was a mistake that one of the new-hires made when cleaning my car (they sprayed the wrong cleaner). Chance apologized profusely and promised the business would pay to have my radio replaced. They kept their word

Great big thank you to Collision Care. The car our three kids share, a 2003 Civic , experienced an accident with only body damage. The car is worth more to us that the $ we would have gotten when insurance totaled it because of cost to repair back to 100%. Collision care found used parts and helped save the car. They came under estimate and did a great job. She is not perfect, now having a few different shades of gray/silver, but we were not going for perfect. Great working with Mark. Lost an expensive book and front windshield visor. Gave me a completion date with me turning in rental car with no communication of needing more time. Wish Allstate knew about their customer service.

I have had work done at Collision Care on multiple cars over many years. They have always done excellent work, and been willing to work with me on scheduling and what repairs I have needed. Good people! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and communication. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect from a collision center. Very professional and high quality work. I felt 100% confident they were fixing it correctly. Had to take my truck in to get repairs from an accident. It’s always difficult having to deal with situations like this when someone else was at fault, but Joe Hudson’s made the experience as easy as possible. Communication was excellent and the repairs were made in a timely manner (earlier than expected). They made sure to keep me constantly updated and informed on the process of the repairs. Definitely would recommend.
