I was referred to Gerber Collision by an insurance company after my car was hit in a parking lot. This was my first time ever having to deal with car repair like this and they exceeded my expectations in every way! I was updated about the status of my car every couple of days and they finished the repairs in less than a week! Everything looks great and they went above and beyond to vacuum the interior of my car and leave everything looking better than they found it! Definitely will be going back here if I ever need more repairs!

I’ve had a couple of cars repaired at this location over the years. The repairs came out perfect. I thought the staff was super friendly and professional and went above and beyond expectations. They send text messages to keep you updated on the repairs and the timeline for completion. Definitely the place you want to get your car repaired.

Highly recommend not using this shop. I was called and told my vehicle was ready although they didn’t have all the parts to finish it. Then upon driving it, it sounded like the front end was coming apart on every bump. Although I have never had this noise prior to this I am being told its strut mounts when all the noise is coming from the front passenger side which is where the damage occurred. Alex also told my insurance company I wanted to come get the car which is not the case at all… I just want my car fixed correctly!!!

I made an appointment for an estimate to repair some front bumper damage. An employee, Ben greeted me with a friendly smile, and we went to look at the issue. He said the damage wasn't bad, in fact he pushed the damaged bumper piece back into place. Then he buffed out the scratches. He wouldn't let me pay for his time which I was prepared to do. I was treated with respect, and honesty so rarely seen today. My experience was such a surprise and I wanted to share this experience with others. I give Gerber Collision five stars and more. Thank you Ben.

Just picked up my baby, and I can't fully express how satisfied I am with the job. They were the one shop out of a dozen that would even take the car in. Because of this, it is now back in my garage before Mid May...the date that every other shop said wouldn't able to look at it until then. I'll be bringing parts to paint at this location because of the job they did. Well done everyone.
