100% lifetime warranty is not true. It has been almost 1 year since Gerber repaired damage to my Kia K5 after being rear ended. The passenger trim that was replaced has now faded/peeled off drastically (front original trim is good) on one of the sides they replaced. They replaced right and left side silver trim around window. They said they can not cover this because the vendor they purchased trim from is no longer in business. So we are left with the damaged trim due to no fault of ours...no warranty due to their vendor going out of business. :(

I contacted them first thing Monday morning. They let me know they could get me that very same day. The communication every day, step by step assured me I had made the BEST choice picking them to service my vehicle. I got a call two days later that my car was ready for pickup. Professional! I would recommend this team to anyone in need of repairs! Thank you all so much.

This shop does wonders. I’m amazed how the car came out. I had them put an aftermarket bumper, a new headlight and paint match the new bumper and it came out beautifully. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for collision repairs or even upgraded body installation/paint.

Communication was great and the color match is perfect! However, when I got the call my car was ready, my husband and I stopped by to pick it up. I didn't notice at first but both passenger doors were sticking out towards the bottom and looked like it was pushed in at the top. We were disappointed this was not taken care of before we got the call. They took it back while we waited to correct the issue. Seemed like an easy fix since it didn't take long but it should have been done before we were told it was ready. Other than that, we were happy with the results.

Had a Dodge Ram 3500 they got hit in the side my a dear coming out of the woods. Took it to One stop automotive. Their staff was friendly and got me the information that I needed for my insurance claim. Once I got the claim number to them they were able to schedule me in to start on my truck. Took about 4 days to repair the bed side that was damaged. They did a awesome job on the repair and clean the inside and out of my truck. Definitely will use them again.
