Gerber Collision & Glass

I hit a deer october 28,2025. I was sent to Gerber Collision and Glass from my insurance company. I was so anxious and stressed, but they were so friendly, and kind. They got me in right away, and answered all of my questions. I am so so grateful for them and the kindness of their staff members. They soothed my frazzled nerves with their professionalism, compassion, and clarity when discussing my vehicle. They handled everything for me, and the one thing that really stood out was that they didnt patronize me just because Im a young woman. I cannot recommend them enough. I'd give 20 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

“Repaired” my truck after hitting a deer. Looked worse than when I brought it in after the repairs. When I called to address my concerns, I was met attitude and was spoken too like I was clueless and my concerns weren’t valid. Had to take my vehicle to different collision place for corrective repairs and it was a long and stressful process due to Gerber’s awful work! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

So far, these guys seem to have good pricing. The staff has been very friendly. We are scheduled to have our car fixed will update when it's complete. Update: had to wait an additional week for my car to be finished, and when I finally was able to pick up(after hours pickup), the bumper was not attached properly, Neither side was clipped in and the left headlight was still out and had not been changed.

Where do I start? I was out-of-state my daughter. Used my car, I've got in an accident, took it there. And I got back to Michigan, after the vehicle had not been used at all, still wasn't ready. My husband took it in. I made another trip out when I got back. The headlight was full of moisture. This supposedly supposed to be brand new, my air conditioning didn't work. So I contacted him. They claim which they better have on paper with login time and out. But they replaced it, we went back again cause they did not do it right. They never called my daughter's phone or my husband's phone or my phone to tell us the part was in for them to replace again. They better have their logins and out picass. After I went in 'cause, I gave him plenty of time because it took him so long to fix it the first

I had these guys fix my 2018 Ford Escape. They had my car for over 3 months. I go to pick it up never put hub cap on my car that was destroyed. They told me to my face they would send someone to my work to install them, 2 weeks later hub caps were ordered. Then they decided they were sending me the hub caps. I get them no lock rings to install them. Plus my car was not cleaned at all when I picked it up. Will never have this company work another vehicle again. Will not recommend them to anyone.
