This shop is fantastic for repair work. Did a great job with repairs to my broken window and bent frame. Like new! Really appreciated the bi-weekly updates on where they were in my repair process, too. Great experience!

These people lost the key to my daughters car and now the dealership is charging us to replace the key which needs to be programmed. Not only did they lose the key, the auto remote start too. So now I have to foot the bill due to their negligence! Never again nor will I refer anyone to this place.

The entire process was seamless. It was an insurance job through USAA. It was easy to get the appointment and estimate. They worked with my time schedule as I was traveling before drop off. Receptionist/Office Manager was excellent as was the project manager. Very satisfied! I may even move my future work to this shop.

I recently took my vehicle here to get the back bumper replaced after I was rear-ended. The staff were friendly, communicated well, and provided me with updates throughout the entire repair process. They even finished the repair much quicker than the timeframe they originally quoted me! Would definitely recommend Gerber for any repair!
