The service here was amazing! After a chaotic week and having to deal with an accident, they fixed my car within two days! Dina did an amazing job with my Camry, made it look brand new! Priscilla was also extremely accommodating when I wasn’t able to come in to the shop to sign paper work and was able to email me the files and send it in that way. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely come here again to get anything car related taken care of!

This location recently became under new ownership but has been in business for many years. From my first interaction to my last I was impressed. The estimator, Rich, displayed top-notch customer service. His patience answering all my questions and courteously updating me on the status of my vehicle put me at ease. He was extremely informative and thorough. No one wants their schedule disrupted dealing with vehicle issues and the outstanding service I received made it much easier. Having witnessed other staff assisting customers proved their standards are consistent. My vehicle was completed earlier than the initial time frame and the work exceeded my expectations. You can just tell the staff cares about the customer leaving satisfied. I highly recommend Gerber Collision.

Had my vehicle repaired at the shop in Modesto. Jimmy and Rich are fantastic. They both made my experience here very comfortable. I am not a trusting person, especially with my vehicle, but both Jimmy and Rich put me at ease, and I was very happy with the service that was provided.
