Gerber Collision & Glass

Unfortunately, I’ve been in the position to visit more collision centers than I’d like because me and my car have been pretty unlucky. However, Gerber Collision is fantastic, and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve never met staff at a collision center as friendly and helpful as theirs—usually the staff at these places can be pretty unfriendly, but nothing could be further from the truth at Gerber. Special shout-out to Amelia for being incredibly kind and keeping me updated on my car’s progress.

I took my SUV in for repair on 10/16 after a rear end collision. The Staff was very nice. I signed up the text messages to get updates. I was promised my 10/26. They finished the job early and ahead of schedule 10/19. When I arrived to pick it up, Stan came out and went over everything with me. I am very pleased with the service I was provided at Gerber Collision & Glass. I would highly recommend them if your are in need of repairs. The staff definitely made the whole process seamless.

I brought my vehicle in after it was hit while parked—clearly noting both body and mechanical issues in the original insurance claim. While the bodywork was handled, the mechanical problems were delayed, dismissed, and only addressed after persistent pressure on my part. The Gerber claims associate I worked with became increasingly rude and dismissive, and when I asked for answers, I was redirected to the manager, Stan. Sadly, his behavior was even more unprofessional, going as far as making inappropriate, inflammatory, and racist toned remarks to my husband—including flatly stating, “I’m not speaking to him anymore. I’m only dealing with her.” This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Poor communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability throughout. I was encourag

The staff and management at Gerber in Mooresville are amazing! I have unfortunately been a frequent customer over the last year, but they have made the process so easy. Stan and his team provide excellent customer service and keep my BMW looking good as new. Thank you guys for all you do!
