Gerber Collision & Glass

I ran over a piece of metal right outside of Gerber and I pulled in to see if they could help me. A very nice gentleman put my spare tire on for me out of the kindness of his heart with no charge. They did not have to help me out but did anyways. Incredible business with even better people!!

Management here is incompetent. A parts delivery man was delivering items while I was in the lot. The truck driver honked so I started to reverse a bit to turn around and get out of his way. While I was reversing the truck driver honked at me constantly because he thought I was backing into him. I flicked him off as he was still on the horn as I’m actively moving out of his way. I went to the back lot and turned around to leave and the truck driver had parked his vehicle fully sideways blocking the only exit of the parking lot. This driver illegally detained me in the lot and management did nothing. The driver began to yell at a gerber worker and the driver locked the building door even though he is not a worker there. The truck driver detained me in the lot and locked the building door. L

Oct-21-21: dropped off car to have insurance work completed (paint scratches) entire car except for hood and roof was to be painted. i have asked and made sure that the color/finish would not pose any issues for the shop. otherwise i would have taken it to another shop. i was assured by the service manager that there should be no problem and the car will be done on time. Nov-19-21: I arrive on site to inspect/collect my vehicle. found several inches of runoff all around the vehicle. the finish was inconsistent with the unpainted parts and in some cases inconsistent with itself (new paint work). I felt sick looking at the car, rejected the work and pointed out to the manager what i saw. The manager acknowledges that the work done was unacceptable and he said i will be made whole and i sh

Excellent customer service highly recommend taking your vehicle here professional work done and the way they take care of your vehicle is amazing they even clean the vehicle from inside which is amazing pictures says it all.....

My car looks brand new. Shout out my boy Nathan and gerber team. kept me up to date on the repair and excellent service.
