Gerber Collision & Glass

They do a great job with body work but left lots of shop dust in my truck and my door speaker pops now after body work on the same side they fixed and it was not popping before. They told me my vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks and it was ready early but if I didnt pick it up that day, Id accrue storage charges at $30/day. The truck was ready nearly a week early and I was out of town and had to come back early to avoid an additional $150 in storage fees which I honestly find insane. Great body work though 5 stars but customer service was definitely 1/2 a star.

I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision today after being rear-ended, and I have to say—this has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had dealing with insurance and trying to get repairs started. Everyone seemed to be pointing fingers: the rental car company was blaming the insurance, the insurance was blaming the policyholder… and I was completely overwhelmed. But then Gerber Collision stepped in, and everything changed. The manager came out and advocated for me immediately—without hesitation. At a moment when I was stressed, tired, and honestly speechless, he stepped in, explained the situation clearly, and supported me in a way I didn’t expect from someone who didn’t even know me. was told my vehicle was first priority since beginning of the month and it’s still not ready. business is currently undergoing changes so i’m trying my best to be patient but the shop ordered the wrong parts twice and i am currently waiting an extra week for paint.

Horrible service... Weeks long now.. 2 trips/yimes for something that was told 4-5 days and it's still not right after the 2nd attempt... The manager Ryan was also rude to me when I tried to get an explanation...I Decided to leave with my car with runs in the clear coat still because management couldn't speak with me to resolve the issue... Runs all down the side of my vehicle... Horrible work... And no responsibility taken... I'm not even going to ask for a refund... What a joke...

You never want to have to go to a collision center, but when you do, having great friendly service with the quality repair like Rachel‘s makes the experience a lot better! From when I dropped off my vehicle, too, the fast turnaround time of the repair itself, to the friendly communications throughout the process, it was an all-around great experience. Special shout out to Xavier for being especially helpful and thorough throughout the process as this was my first time having to go through a collision shop repair. He was kind enough to return my rental vehicle for me. Thank you for a great experience!
