EVERYTHING about this place is outstanding…from the front desk staff to the estimator and repair crew. They are wonderful with their communication, scheduling and getting your vehicle repaired quickly and returned to you. They handle the insurance claims and even arrange a rental vehicle if needed. The work they did was very thorough and my car looked new when they were done. They even washed and vacuumed it upon return. They treated me and cared about me like I was a family member. My husband picked up our car after they called and said our car was finished 2 days early! I met my husband at Enterprise car rental place, I started looking at my car and noticed both sides of the bumper had a gap and plastic sticking up. We immediately took my car back to the shop and I told the guy working in the office about the issue with repair and he came out and looked at it and he tried for several minutes to manually fix it and then he took my car back into the shop and less than 6 minutes later he came out and said it was fixed. I looked at it again and right side was better NOT fixed it better and the left side still has a big gap. I asked the man “do you use aftermarket y?” The guys said “yes, the insurance company tells us to “ I’m not only upset that my car was inadequately

Not only was the communication terrible and the date being pushed back several times like several other reviews have also mentioned, but my car that only had cosmetic issues, nothing mechanical still has scratches and damage and dripping glue from the “repairs” that took over a month to fix. I haven’t had my car or a rental waiting for my car for it to not look good. I originally wanted to take the estimate and take it to a shop that I wanted but I wasn’t able to due to them already starting the process without even knowing my options. I am not happy with my repairs and that I’ve waited for over a month to lose money at my job and pay a car payment on a car I can’t drive with no rental.

The communication was excellent. Calls and texted updates and finished a week before the estimated time. The car looks amazing. Would definitely use them in the future.

gerber did a terrific job repairing our car from tree damage to our car from dec. wind storm. body and paint was great they kept us informed what was going on.
