I want to say a special thank you to Michell for helping us get our vehicle repaired. He was very knowledgeable on the claim process and was able to guide us through the process easily. The vehicle got repairs quick. Mitchell was able to diagnose the vehicle thoroughly and explain everything he found in detail. Whenever we had a concern or question he was able to find a response for us. Thank you again Mitchell I would recommend to anyone.

HORRIBLE! I’ll yell to anyone and everyone that asked me since January 29 since my vehicle was hit I have been dealing with Gerber collision. It is now May 14 and I’m still having the same issue. I’m going to update this review in a little bit with all the information as to every single interaction I’ve had because I’ve recorded every bit of it. The amount of back-and-forth horrible. Gluing my bumper TWICE Management is just worse. I’m over it and I’m hiring an attorney. To the point that I thought that my vehicle was finally fixed (not sure why I thought that) after months and months and months of me, picking it up, dropping it off, picking it up, dropping it off, to my bumper Popping right back off. I have been calling them now for THREE days straight with no callback. YES IVE LEFT VOICE

Someone backed into my pickup while I was inside a church. Gerber worked with his insurance. Ashley and Mitchell both kept in good contact with me as the repair was finishing up. The bumper and new paint job look great!

Mitchell and his crew took in a project of mine and I'm very pleased with the outcome. From the first interaction, to the professionalism of ensuring a perfect color match, and updating me along the way. Will definitely do business with them again.

Great customer service! I recently bought a newer car and it needed clips on the bumper. They were fast and effective with my repair and very reasonably priced. When I picked up my car they even informed me I was missing a shield under my car and I was able to order it and prepay right there. My car was clean when I got it! I would most definitely recommend them and will use their services again if need arises.
