I received a phone call telling me my vehicle had a quality check after bodywork was completed, and that everything was good, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I noticed a couple issues, Paint had bubbles and exhaust tip was still bent from the accident, I brought this to the service managers attention and it was corrected. My understanding of a quality check is just that a once over by the service manager to make sure the work completed is correctly done. This was not done in this situation. Not sure how this was missed by the service manager as it was noticeable.

They originally quoted over $2500 in damages to my insurance company, and now my insurance company has labeled my car as totaled, even after they agreed to fix it. Problem is, the tech that looked at my car told me he would clean the tire marks off and see what actually needed to be fixed (I was swiped by a large truck with tires that stuck out). That was never done, they just sent the quote in after lying to me about the process. After an accident we chose Gerber for repairs to our car! It was definitely the best experience we have had over any other place we have dealt with in the past. The staff were professional yet personable and the car was completed earlier than expected! Communication was great. We were informed of each step of the progress by text and phone calls. Looks great!! Great experience (if you have to go through this!😔) We will recommend and use them again if services are needed!!

Chris was super helpful and very kind! He made my car repair experience amazing and deserves a raise if anything! He listened to ALL my requests, which definitely were a lot, and didn’t give up until my car was beyond satisfaction. I had totally crashed the front of my car to the point where the front right tire wheel literally broke off its hinges. After getting repairs done at this place it looks brand new! I would definitely come here again if he’s going to be the one working on my car.

Gerber Collision and Glass did a fantastic job on my Ram 1500. Hood, fender and grill looks amazing. Can't tell that it was in an accident. Paint job is superb. Can't even tell the difference. Thank you so much.
