Worst experience of my life. Went in to get a fender bender in the front done. The work got done they brought someone else in to calibrated the sensor in the front of the car and the electronics were not the same. Then when that person was done he wrecked back into my car. Which delay it getting done. So my car got wrecked at the shop the electronics in the car was messed up and had to replace the battery in car due to while they were working the didn't close the door and left interior lights on. To top it off had to fix it on my own and the manager wouldn't take any of the responsibility and had a major attitude towards the whole thing.

They had my car for almost 3 weeks longer than the original month they quoted. i kept getting different excuses. twice i was told it just cam out of paint. then the tech had an emergency and wouldnt be able to work on my car for a week. then they were waiting on a tire. they are within walking distance of two tier stores. today i was told at 2:45PM when i called them the tire was just dropped off and we should schedule pickup for the next day. so after month and 3 weeks i will get my car back. this was entirely to long for the small amount of damage that was done to the car. i am very unhappy with the service i recieved and i will not be returning to them for anything.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! take your vehicle to this place the employees call you with false updates saying that’s it’s almost ready when it’s not my vehicle done been at this shop since September 17th 2024 and here I am today November 8th and they talking about they still working on it i will not be doing business here again and this is an insurance claim I should’ve went to my own body shop instead of listening to my insurance company and going to theirs

$6000 damage repair taking toooo long. Accident 11/12/2024 now expected to be completed by 12/13/2024. Never had an accident before, don't really know if time-line is reasonable.

My car broke down during my trip, and these guys were the closest mechanics. Out of the 3 nearby, they were the only ones with any reviews, one 5-star and one 1-star. I asked them about my AC and about a leak I had been having. Turns out, the pipe connecting the Radiator to the engine was cracked, so they gave me a new one. They charged a little over $70 to replace it. However, the second I drove off the lot, my car started shaking violently. I went back, and they told me a spark plug wire had come loose. They pushed it back in and said I should be fine, but it happened again within a minute of driving off. Unfortunately, they closed and I was unable to get any help from any other mechanics (they all closed around the same time) so I was stuck there for the night. When I tried to call them
