Had a miss hap with our truck. We have taken past vehicles to Gerber when they were under their old name and had great success with them. Got in for an estimate very easily, and they took the truck the next day to start to work on it as they felt it was undrivable. Received many updates each week as they worked on the truck and updated estimates once they got the front off of the truck. Thank you so much for your fast service and being able to make my next dog show with 2 day to spare and to pack the truck and get back on the road. Your team rocks.

Excellent services at Gerber. Due to circumstances, my car was repaired by Gerber. The 1st time, they did a great job so I came back the 2nd time. I was very happy with both of my visits. Great customer services and a job well done on my car. Also, they work well with Enterprise for pick up and drop off. Very convenient. Thank you.

So I have been forgetting to post this review of the work Gerber Collision & Glass did on our 2011 buick regal. The passenger door and fender were damaged, and the passenger back door had a small dent and a scratch from the accident we were in at the end of January. We took our vehicle to a couple of different places for a quote on body repairs. Gerber Collision & Glass had the most reliable price, and they walked my husband through what would need to be done. So we made an appointment, and the soonest they could get us in was March 5, but that was okay. So we took our vehicle on March 5 and got it back on March 13 it would have been done sooner, but the fender they ordered came in damaged, so they needed to order another one. Look, we all know this process isn't fun. Thing is? This place made it better, not worse. Nice change right? The staff is kind, patient and helpful. They know what they are doing and following a plan. My appointment was darn close to on time. I have a few extra minutes so someone else gets the information they need. Or an explanation. They have coffee, a bathroom, WIFI and a place to sit. Just nice people, doing their job (remember none of it is their fault) trying to get through the day. The kind of people you want to work with. Better, not worse.
