Jennifer was the sweetest! She was very helpful and informative. I was treated well and my car was fixed up beautifully. They handled almost everything with the insurance so I didn’t have to hardly lift a finger.
Great communication. Fixed 3 dented panels and bumper. Looks great. The person who hit my truck had progressive insurance and this was the place they recommended. It was a smooth transaction.
I hit road debris In my brand new Camry. My insurance company goes through Gerber so that’s where I went. It took a little over a month to get my car in but it was so worth it! They quoted me 3 weeks & called on day 4 to let me know my car was ready! They did an amazing job!! It looks as good as the day I drove her off the lot! Everyone was so friendly & I am so grateful for them! Customer for life!
Amazing service!!! Nice people. They underpromised and OVER- DELIVERED! That doesn’t happen to me often especially when it comes to car repair. Thanks Gerber!
We had an issues with our vehicle but the staff and the manager went above and beyond to get the issue fixed and made it right. Not alot of companies do that so that says alot about Gerber and what a great business they are. Also our vehicle looks great and they did a good job. Definitely recommend
