Gerber Collision & Glass

Last year we had our Lexus repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass, but the initial repair didn’t come out the way we had hoped. After a new manager, Jeremy Fenner, came in, we brought the car back and he took the time to really look into everything. He carefully worked through the remaining issues, replaced parts that needed attention, and made sure the car was brought back to where it should be. I really appreciated Jeremy’s attention to detail and his willingness to follow through until things were right. What started as a frustrating experience ultimately turned into a positive one because he took ownership and made it right.

Gerber Collision and Glass are a 5 STAR Facility. Quality of work: 5 STARS Communication: 5 STARS Work Completion Estimate: 5 STARS Gerber did everything they said they would. Their communication was excellent. Updates and status twice/week at least. The craftsmanship is amazing. My car looks brand new! I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it was considering how unfortunate the damage was. Their techs are amazing, their work is impeccable. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision work done on your major purchase. Trustworthy for sure!

The paint on the bumper does not match. I went to pick up the car because they said it was completed. I turned on the ac and it wasn't working. They left paint markers in passenger seat that stained the seat.

My father took his car in to have a door fixed/replaced after a no fault accident. They did a great job beside some minor over spray an leaving windows filthy. But They also for some reason put 374 miles on the car an the seats were adjusted to other people like someone used it for there personal car.while it was in there possession to be fixed. There should of been absolutely NO REASON for them to put that many miles on a car that was there to get a door fixed nothing mechanical at all.So no reason to test drive. Even if so how do you explain 374 miles. He is very disappointed but to passive to raise a stink about it. So be careful cause they obviously use customers cars for there own personal use. I hit a deer and our car was sent to Gerber! It has been a nightmare with the insurance company! Gerber has been amazing. They have kept us up to date every step of the way! Kevin and Dave you guys are amazing and thank you so much for keeping us in the loop and helping us!
