I don't always leave reviews, but when I receive exceptional service it is only right to let people know and promote a good business! From the minute I received my first phone call from Beatriz there was regular communication and updates regarding my car every step of the process, and they even completed the repairs sooner than promised! If you need bodywork done, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to Gerber!

I haven't had work done here yet, but the first time I came in for an estimate, knowing I wasn't certain if I wanted to put $ into it, they offered to buff out the black mark on my car for free! 2nd time there, was last week for an estimate (on a different car), and they were just so nice, very helpful and seem authentically sincere about wanting to help me in whatever choices I made. Really like this place!

They did all of the body and paint work that my car needed flawlessly. My car has a fairly difficult paint to bland, with four different layers. But they made it match perfectly. They called throughout the process to provide updates. I would highly recommend them for any body and paint needs

I was kept informed on the progress of the repairs and the work was completed within the time frame originally stated. The repair work is beautiful! I love how my vehicle looks and drives now. The shop took care of any needed interactions with my insurance company. I will definitely use this shop again. A friend had suggested them to me, based on her own experience, and I will do the same. If you are anywhere in the Simi Valley area and need body work take your ride to Star Auto Body. I recently had repairs done on my brand new Mazda 3 and it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Their quality work is matched by their customer service. Matt is the best. The work was done ahead of schedule and he went out of his way to arrange a rental car for me making my overall experience very pleasant and worry free.
