I had a very positive experience taking my vehicle here for repairs after I was rear-ended. The staff might've been the most competent and helpful group of people I've ever had to do business with. They handled everything from insurance to the rental car, making the entire process very simple for me. Plus the work they did to my pickup looks terrific. If I was a business owner I'd try to poach their employees.

Completely avoid. Took our car to this place because it was supposed to be the Insurance companies (Farmers) approved repair shop. The first repair the car came back was so bad, it put all the passengers at risk. Never in my life have I seen such a poor repair. Take it back, they supposedly fix it, now the vehicle makes numerous noises. Shop won't fix it. It was safer to drive after it was in a minor accident than after they repaired it. The insurance company said to take it to the dealer to be repaired right. Been messing with this for nearly a year, travel back and forth and its still not right. I drive through South Fork twice daily to get to work. Every day I am re-victimized thinking about the experience I had with Gerber Collision at the South Fork location. In March of 2024, my 2023 Camry was involved in a front end collision. At this point, the facility was still under original ownership. During the time they had possession of my car, they were taken over by Gerber Collision. Their shop manager Heather is not pleasant to speak to, takes no accountability, and should not be overseeing any auto repair facility. At one point, she reassured me she would NEVER release an unsafe vehicle, then proceeded to do exactly that. She also claimed she'd personally inspected the car before its second release. Went here after getting rear ended. Here is what I learned. Their Johnstown location is the busiest. Not all three of the locations have inspectors on site for all insurances. I can tell you the South Fork location has an Erie insurance inspector on site. This is important because things are supposed to move quicker this way. Was really impressed with knowledge of the staff. They knew all about my car and about the process I had to go through dealing with insurance. I hope never to need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to come here.

I can not say enough about JMA. They are fantastic! They work with me and the insurance company to make sure there was seamless communication between myself and the adjuster. They left NO stone unturned, if you will. Excellent, kind, courteous staff. Paul and Heather always stay in close communication and kept me informed through each process. Super easy to talk to and very understanding. They even took care of making sure the rental company was contacted and made the appointment so that I had a vehicle to get back and forth to work while my truck was being repaired.
