EDIT TO THIS REVIEW: The part arrived on Thursday as promised, and it was completed the next morning and ready for pickup. The work is beautifully done, the cost was as expected, and I appreciate the wash and interior cleaning. Lack of communication: Really upset that I dropped my car off a week ago today (Tuesday) and that it is no where close to being done after finding out just today a required part is on “back order.” Last week I was told “end of the week,” then “Monday/Tuesday,” then today (Tuesday) I am told the part won’t be in until Thursday. Not only is this complete lack of communication unprofessional, but I am now adding up the expense of a rental car for two weeks, when the information I was given last week had me believing I would only need a rental for a few days. I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Springfield (7304 Boudinot Dr., Springfield, VA 22150), and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. When I first called to schedule the repair, I spoke with Iris Rodas Molina at the front desk. I explained my specific situation and scheduling limitations, and she immediately understood and worked with me. She was professional, kind, and genuinely empathetic. She made the process easy and stress-free. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told the repair would take about 1.5 weeks. To my surprise, they completed everything in just two days. Very amazing staff. Went over and beyond to help me after my car was vandalized. Special shot out to KJ, Dan, John, and Raquel. Awesome team! I would refer anybody to go here for any type of body work to be done to their vehicle. Thanks is again for a great personable experience !
